Brumated Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

Brumated currently offers shipping to locations within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and select international destinations. For international orders, please note that shipping availability and delivery times may vary by country—you can check if your location is eligible during the checkout process by entering your shipping address. We are constantly expanding our shipping network, so if your country is not currently supported, check back soon for updates.

2. Order Processing Time

Before your order ships, we need time to process and prepare your insulated tumblers, drinkware, or coolers. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays like Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). If you order a custom-engraved or personalized item, processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days to ensure the personalization is accurate and high-quality.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll provide an estimated restock date and give you the option to wait for the item to be restocked, switch to a similar in-stock product, or cancel the out-of-stock item (with a full refund for that item if you’ve already paid).

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted shipping carriers—including USPS, UPS, and FedEx—to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. The delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout and your location:

3.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most affordable option, with delivery times ranging from 3–7 business days after processing. Standard shipping is available for all U.S. addresses, including residential and commercial locations.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, choose Express Shipping, which typically takes 1–3 business days after processing. This option is ideal if you need your tumblers or coolers for a specific event (e.g., a camping trip, gift occasion).
  • Overnight Shipping: For urgent orders, Overnight Shipping is available for most U.S. locations (excluding remote areas), with delivery within 1 business day after processing. Please note that Overnight Shipping orders must be placed by 12 PM EST to ensure same-day processing.

3.2 International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. On average, delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing, but this can be longer in some cases (e.g., due to customs delays, remote locations). Please note that Brumated is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities—you may need to provide additional documentation (e.g., proof of purchase) to clear your order through customs.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS Tracking, UPS Tracking). You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery—you’ll be able to see when the package leaves our warehouse, arrives at a local distribution center, and is out for delivery.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order (or within 5 business days for custom items), please check your spam folder first—sometimes these emails are filtered. If you still can’t find the email, contact our team at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll resend the tracking information.

6. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

We understand that you may need to change your shipping address or cancel your order after placing it. Here’s what you need to know:
  • Address Changes: To update your shipping address, contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the address—you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a redirect (fees may apply).
  • Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund if you contact us within 12 hours of placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a return (see our Refund Policy for details on returns and refunds).

7. Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your package is missing, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue:
  • Missing Packages: If the tracking information shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, check with your neighbors, building manager, or local post office first—sometimes packages are left in a safe location (e.g., a porch, mailbox) or held at the post office. If you still can’t find the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we’ll file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Lost Packages: If the tracking information hasn’t updated in 5 business days (for domestic orders) or 10 business days (for international orders), your package may be lost. Contact us at [email protected], and we’ll initiate a lost package claim. Once the claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement order or issue a full refund (your choice).
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged (e.g., the box is crushed, the product is broken), take photos of the damaged packaging and product, then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement product for free or issue a full refund—you won’t need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

8. International Shipping: Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please note that you may be responsible for paying import duties, taxes, or customs fees when your package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost or order total. Brumated has no control over these fees and cannot predict how much they will be—if you have questions about duties or taxes, contact your local customs office before placing your order.
