Brumated Terms of Purchase
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order for insulated tumblers, drinkware, or coolers on Brumated’s website (www.brumated.com), you (“Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Purchase. These terms govern the entire relationship between you and Brumated (“we/our”) regarding your purchase, including order placement, payment, delivery, returns, and refunds. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete a purchase on our website.
2. Order Placement & Confirmation
2.1 Order Submission
When you submit an order through our website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice, but we will confirm any discrepancies with you before processing your order.
2.2 Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will include your order number, product details, total amount (in USD), and shipping information. Please note that order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—we reserve the right to reject or cancel any order (e.g., due to incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items, or suspected fraud) and will notify you promptly if this occurs. This timeline includes transit time and does not account for rare delays caused by customs hold-ups (for international orders) or unforeseen logistical issues (e.g., extreme weather). We will notify you promptly if a significant delay is expected.
4.2 Shipping Carrier & Tracking
We partner with reliable global shipping carriers to fulfill orders. Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status. You are responsible for checking the tracking information regularly to stay updated on your package’s arrival.
4.3 Delivery Responsibility
We are responsible for ensuring your order is shipped correctly and in good condition. However, once the shipping carrier confirms delivery of your package to the address you provided, responsibility for the package transfers to you. Please ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete—we are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Return Eligibility & Period
You may return any unused, undamaged products (in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included) for a refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Custom-engraved or personalized items are eligible for return only if the personalization is incorrect due to our error (e.g., a misspelled name we caused). Clearance or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
5.2 Return Process
To initiate a return:

6. Defective or Incorrect Products
